1. Retired employees can pay medi claim premium online through valid card / bank account from 1st to 15th of every month. Premium can be paid for all the eligible persons once in a year only. In case of cancellation of online payment / failed transactions, send the request to Welfare Section.
2. Mail in the return portion of your bill with a check or money order, made payable to: Water Revenue Bureau P.O. Box 41496 Philadelphia, PA.
3. Customers are billed monthly for their natural gas usage. Customers will receive a paper bill in the mail every month before payment is due. Instead of a paper bill, E-bill customers will receive an email notification with a payment link to Philadelphia Gas Works's' website when payment is due.
4. PGW Bill Pay Details When you receive your PGW bill, you will notice the charges reflect your energy use from the previous month. Your bill details your current charges as well as any applicable penalties and fees. Your bill also includes your due date and contact information for the customer service department.
